The Second Home market has been dynamically developing in Poland, mainly due to visibly increasing wealth of the society and a growing offer of available hotel apartments. Towns such as Świnoujście, Kołobrzeg, Świeradów Zdrój or Szklarska Poręba and Karpacz have focussed more than ever on visitors from abroad, who choose these places thanks to a rich spa&wellness offer.
Growth in the past few years has been driven by the pandemic prevailing since 2019 and related general restrictions and prohibitions.
In PlanoInvest, we not only closely observe this segment of the market, but we are its active participant, both assisting in the purchase/sale of such apartments and actively investing in them.
